What chocolate bars/sweets or snacks can you not abide?

I've always hated that vile pink and white Nougat stuff, and marshmallows make me gag.
Never been keen on Hunky Dory's Buffalo flavour either, and Cadbury Flakes can feck off.

I hate Fry's Turkish Delight; big wobbly piece of horribleness.

Cadbury's Turkish, on the other hand, is a joy to behold.

Chocolate kimberley. Its like a jellyfish fell into a pot of melted aeros then got trapped in a plastic packet. Blech.

Anything from Cadbury. Overpriced and slimey.

I agree those marshmallow things are yuck. But Flakes?!

    Fig rolls. Mank.

Thankfully gone now, but those tayto bars were the worst thing I ever tasted.

    Liquorice

I don't like most of the traditional southern European sweets. All the Spanish and Italian stuff seems to be almond based awfulness. It starts from turrón and goes downhill.

Also, Cadbury's chocolate isn't a patch on the proper stuff. Even 79c Lidl choco is mile better.

They are plastic rubbish alright, M&S make good ones.

Any confectionary involving gelatin: jelly, flan, lemon jelly, haribo, anything like that.

It's like eating sweetened plastic. I associate it with illness and nursing homes.

Fruit Gums are an anomaly to me. Don't get me wrong, I love them. But while, as a general rule, I hate black and orange sweets and love yellow sweets. I love black and orange Fruit Gums but hate the yellow ones.

Liquorice and marshmallow sweets should be banned

Most boxes of chocolates at Christmas - Roses, Milk Tray, Quality Street, the rest of them. Sure, there's the odd nice one but they're mostly sickly sweet mank.
Ferrero Rocher and After Eights are yum though.

What ?? Get out. Maynards wine gums are lovely.

Don't like Mars bars or Milky Way myself, sickly sweet.

I love Quality Street. Roses and other Cadbury's sweets used to be nice but now are just sickly sweet, flavourless blobs.
Ferrero Rocher and After Eights are yum though.

    Yes!
