Guys.. I have the answer to all your problems.

A few months ago my pizza arrived with the wrong toppings, I rang my branch to complain, the guy I spoke to said was a bit of a PR*ck about it so I PM'd the dominos twitter page and they gave me the email for the complaints department. About 15 mins after I emailed, my local branch manager called me and said he had put a credit for 50% off on my account.

Super says I, off I went and ordered my grub. Few weeks later, rang an ordered, chanced my arm to see was that note still on my account, it was, and has been ever since. I felt guilty and mentioned it the next time i ordered but apparently they knew it was there and it will be there indefinitely since i am a "loyal customer" that they want to look after. 50% off every single time I ring and give my details. Dominos didn't ask for any evidence that my order was wrong or the staff member was rude (I was 100% honest by the way).

Disclaimer: I am by no means saying to lie to get a discount, bear in mind that people's jobs are on the line as well as the company's reputation. What I am saying is that it is worth complaining when they get it wrong.
