Looking at fixtures on Saturday, seem all to easy to predict given current form:

    United
Palace at 5/6 also seems very generous
West Ham at 5/4 seems a huge price

being the 3 safe ones I think?

Swansea have looked particularly good against an awful looking Sunderland side. 11/10.

I'm all over Swansea at that price.

I'm all over Swansea at that price.

I bottled putting a particularly big bet on them against Newcastle and have been kicking myself since. I thought I may have been putting too much emphasis on early season form and decided to watch 10 minutes of the game. I was busy trying to lump money on them when the market suspended for Gomis goal :( I now feel like I need to put a big bet on them against Sunderland to make up for it. Hopefully they can do the business.

I think I'll take Gomis rather than the Swansea win. Gomis I think I saw was 7/4 AT.

West Ham lost at home to Leicester at the weekend and Bournemouth looked pretty okay at Liverpool, unlucky to lose I thought. so I'm not sure. A draw there perhaps bordering on away win?
Apart from that Leicester to win at home to Spurs? any thoughts on that?

Are Monaco the same defensive minded team as last season Las?

    Was thinking of Valencia 1-0

Personally I see goals in this. Monaco have been a bit more attack minded in recent games, bar the lille scoreline and valencia's preseason has been full of goals for and against.I've btts as a part of a small treble wit basel and overs in rapid/shakhtar.

In spread betting can you not have an option for a team to win no?

Was looking at that myself yosser. Don't really rate this Spurs team. Think 8/5 is worth small bet. Nothing huge.

And would you normally stake high like a few hundred.

    My stakes are usually these:
€5: accum or silly/lottery type of bet
    €20-50: average bet
€100-200: when I'm very confident about a bet
€500-700: once or twice a year when I consider a bet a banker

Don't be fooled by their high scoring games against Young Boys cuz they were terrible, Monaco are still the same result-oriented team.
Their coach said in the press conference that the most important thing tonight will be to defend well first and then play their counter attacking game. 0-0 or 1-1 for me here.

under 2.5 in Valencia vs Monaco and Skenderbeu vs Dinamo Zagreb @ 2.37

BTTS in the Celtic vs Malmo match is 21/20 with WH. I've watched the Bhoys in pre-season and SPL action so far, and while they offer a vast attacking threat, they are suspect to a quick counter attack or two. They have rode their luck against weaker sides, but ICT made them pay most recently. Granted they still won 4-2, and I think home advantage will help them eek out a slender win. As for goalscorers, Griffiths or Johansen (Evens and 17/10 anytime).

think bet of the night is in the celtic game

    no card before 28 mins @5/6 b365

looking back over his last 15 games he (f.brych) rarely dishes out a card before 30mins

i expect both teams to ease themselves into this game with celtic pushing on in the second half

    hopefully no stupid tackles

    gl

Another goal from Zahavi, how is this guy still in the Israeli league? 30 goals a season for a midfielder is insane

    edit: 2 goals!

Basel let a lot of people down at the end there. I had them in another treble with Celtic and Valencia all to win.
Still, my other two came in.
    Swings and roundabouts.

They left it late, but theres a win.

another mistake by Bwin... the bookies so far give Monaco as favorites to win the return leg @ 2.30 and Bwin have the opposite odds (2.30 on Valencia) so you get around 3.00 on Monaco due to their mistake
