    Just looking for opinions,
What is the sleekest Car/Jeep you can drive that is still classed as a commercial vehicle?
I have an allowance of £5250 a year(through a new job) to buy something that has to be classed as a "commercial vehicle" in the UK.
Ideally Id like to use this for recreation/my own use too, so was just wondering if there is any way around the "commercial vehicle" bit. I've always driven Vans etc, so it would be nice to get something that look decent.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

I assume the Laws are the same, What would you go for in the same scenario in Ireland?

It depends on your definition of looking well. If you want something that looks big and tough, then it would be your preference of Landcruiser/Pajero/Discovery... If you want something more car like, but still commercial, Ford do a 4 seat Kuga commercial. Other than that your options are limited.

I wouldn't bank on the laws being the same... Commercial 4x4s were almost non existent there until the N1 change a couple of years ago. Always get 20 questions at UK port customs about mine

I'd consider a Ford Kuga commercial.

Forgive my ignorance but how exactly does your allowance work?

I have to buy the commercial vehicle to qualify for it, the allowance is for paying for insurance, tax and to purchase it.

That's a good looking deal that could fall within the OP's budget by a whisker depending on tax/insurance
