Civil liability insurance for Holiday Home rental

Hey All - Really hoping someone can help.

I am renting a Farm house in France in September for our wedding which will have our family staying (20 of us) and the wedding on a saturday.

The landlord/owner has just requested that we provide the following:

"The tenant is required to be covered by a “civil liability” insurance, in order to be covered for the risk of theft, fire,
water damage and damage to the furniture, and must show proof of this insurance to the owner. You may be
covered for holiday rentals under a “holiday house” clause of the insurance contract of your main house. You must
ask your insurance provider for a certificate of insurance, and give a copy to the owner upon your arrival."

I have been looking around online and this is a very typical insurance to have in France however when I spoke to my home insurance provider in Ireland and they do not offer/cover this kind of insurance.

Initially I was thinking this would be covered under travel insurance but since there are more in the party than just me and OH it wouldn't be covered.

Wondering - Have others been asked for this before?
Any ideas appreciated!
