Online registration mywater stuck. I need it to get my deposit back!

    Hello,
    I started the registration process with irish water.
    When I clicked to "complete registration", the system got stuck and the server returned an error.
    Now If I try to register again I get
    The Account number and WPRN combination entered has already been registered

    but if I try to access it says that the account doesn't exist (so I can't recover username or password...)

    Please help! Without this my landlord will not give me back the deposit (I need to prove I paid the bills)
