TorTec Racks. Where to buy in Ireland?

Hi Guys, Am looking for a slim rear pannier rack for my Giant. I have been looking at the TorTec Velocity as its slim and comes in black, and looks less intrusive on a road bike than some.. I can find them on line in the UK but is there a stockist in Ireland? P

I have the velocity hybrid but while there are stockists of TorTec I had to order from the UK for the one I wanted. No one had or could get them for me (cyclestore.co.uk was the site I used).
