    Hi,

Just paid off my credit card balance in full.

How long before this balance shows up as zero owed/paid in full with the ICB?

If its bank of ireland it could be forever. They've a tendancy to stick a sneaky 2 euro charge on it and then never tell you.
Get it in writing the balance is zero when you close the account.

ICB is a "reported to" organisation, the onus is on your credit organisation to update them and they can basically do this at their discretion.
If you think your credit history is incorrect, you need to contact the reporter(BOI,AIB,....)
