    Hello

I bought a Monitor Audio A100 for Richersounds.ie on February. It has been working fine until this morning when I turned it on and can get now sound from any source. The device will not factory reset, will not take a manual firmware update and can't even be turned off by pressing the off button, it needs to be held down.

I don't know if its hardware or software but either way I would like to get it swapped from a working unit ASAP. How should I go about doing this?

    Thanks.

Hi Gerard, sorry to hear you're having problems with your A100

Could you send the unit back to us, preferably packed in its original box (or suitably packed for shipping if not), and include your name/address and contact details along with a description of the fault, and we will get this sent to Monitor Audio for a warranty repair.

Our address : 7 Smithfield Square North
                          Belfast
                          BT1 1FN

Depending on the fault, Monitor Audio will then either repair or replace at their discretion

    Cheers
    Brian
