    I tried to write a post that explained this,but honestly i couldnt because ive never played FO3 and im not familiar with the glitch but i did read an article on kotaku the other day that i thought explained it pretty well.

    Thought it was a pretty cool use of a glitch to add an extra dimension to a game. The gif with the tiny protagonist kyting the boss around a pillar i thought was pretty funny:)

    Ok I get it now, should have really watch the video the OP posted. I thought it was just a video of showing growing up in the vault.
