Friday treat

Decided I would 'treat' myself today with it being Friday and all.

So instead of going for my usual sandwich at lunch time, I went to a takeaway for a chicken burger and portion of chips.

I now regret it, as I now feel like crap, from all the grease :-( next time I think I'll stick to the sandwich.

So After Hours, anyone else 'treat' themselves today?

We have a colleague leaving our office for a new job and got 2 boxes of pastries and coffees at 11am. I have no room for lunch now. Might have another pastry.

Not unless you went today, just to 'treat' yourself.

Forgive me father for I have sinned. I haven't had a pint of Guinness in 4 weeks. Looking forward to it.

    Condom.

For the simple reason that if I made it pregnant we wouldn't have the option of running away together and getting married, because watermelons cantaloupe.

Saw a fresh raisin and hazelnut loaf at the bakery in Tesco this morning - thought F it, it's Friday - bought it into work and had 2 big wedges at 10.30, smothered in real butter with a cuppa. With full fat milk.

    DIVINE

Fridays used to mean a bottle and a half of white wine, a large bag of crisps and peanuts and perhaps toast. All this was after a dinner of something like lasagne or curry, rice and chips.

But since joining the gym and really enjoying my new healthy lifestyle, Saturday nights (after my weigh-in) are now my treat night.

I've a Galaxy Ripple in the cupboard and dinner will be pizza and wedges.
And a few glass of wine.
I look forward to treat night so much!
