how to get the tv tab on kodi android

    Been following guides on YouTube and tried Google but I still can't seem to get the tv tab working on kodi.
    Everyone seems to have a different version on the YouTube videos as it slightly different settings. Can anyone help me out on this

    Is that right? The OP only asks about how to configure his app. The app is not illegal - far from it, it has many, er legitimate uses. No mention was made of, say, installing the Phoenix addon or installing Kodi via tvaddonsdotorg. Because that would be wrong.

    So very wrong.

    System > settings > TV > Enable Tv.
    You'll then need to configure a pvr client to get it to show up on the front screen. If IPTV you can use the simple client.

    what is a pvr on kodi and what do they do etc?

    I have it enabled In settings, I tried going to the iptv simple client and enabling that but it still doesn't show up do I need to put a working irk in some where?

    Do you have an enigma satellite box setup as PVR?
