    I know it's only a week but what you make of the program so far?

    I really, really like it Alf. It's exactly the kind of thing I like - simple and built around the Compund Lifts. Very like Hanley's Six-Week Programme actually.

    I like the fact it changes week to week so I'd imagine there always seems to be something to look forward to.
