    Well I had already seen the Hook of Holland guess so I was just looking around in that area to see where it was, up until now I was thinking it was a kart racing site in Germany (thought the word on the building was racinghaus). :)

    How specific do answers need to be? If the location is in a big city, for example, is it okay to just name the city, or do you need to be more precise?

    Catch 22. Poster has a "specific " spot in mind.
    Guess is in the vicinity but poster doesnt reckon close enough ?

    So it's kind of down to the poster to say city is correct but ask for more specific location?

    Taxi and bus looked familar.
    All together with the tram lines makes it look Eastern European.
    I thought it was between Bulgaria and Romania.
    Then the railway station came up straight away in search. :D
