Getting auction deposit back -Merlin.

I have difficulties with the merlin to get my deposit back, the date is expired , I gave them many phone calls, they postpone it saying that someone must to make a registration payment then they will refund, has anybody had similar problem and how this was resolved, i am surprises of that scam behavior, Sorry for negative…

No, I did not buy enything, need the money for holiday, told them but no joy yet
