Archerstown Demense or Dunboyne Castle

We are looking to buy House in either of the two areas mentioned above, which one is better and why? Are they both safe as in the neighborhood and how are the crime rates? Will be moving with a small baby, is it worth? ? Any feedbacks will be much appreciated.. Are schools good? How about the commute to Dublin City centre?
