Unable to go from dispatch to pay on Amazon

I'm buying nine items on Amazon from different sellers, all items are available for shipping to my area, on the dispatch page I'm pressing continue but that's just creating a loading screen for a few seconds and keeping me on the dispatch page, I tried deleting cookies but that didn't help, I was going to post this on the Amazon question site but I needed a previous purchase to ask there, I haven't registered any card details with them yet, is this why?
