Wrote wrong bank name on lodgement slip

    Hi, I lodged money into an account and I accidently wrote the wrong name on the holder section of the account, the code and bank number were correct, the teller didnt say anything but Im worried the money wont have gone through,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.ie

    Provided that all of the other account information is correct then the lodgement should be processed as normal.

    However, if the lodgement is not processed as expected, please get in touch with the branch where you carried out the lodgement. Once you retain the lodgement slip with the details on it they will be able to look into this further for you.
