Milan - Aside from the nice city centre architecture there is feck all to do unless you like expensive clothes. Outside of the city centre is very industrial and concrete and it's a nightmare finding a bar.
Tijuana - Basically one big tack market with cheap chemist shops.
Stockholm - Feck all to do there as well apart from have your wallet gouged by bars and restaurants.

Yea I thought Milan was a huge let down. I was there and was like "is this it?".

Shoulda come on the Derry forum and asked, there's lots of nice little places, albeit hidden away somewhat. It has improved drastically in the past few years as well.

To be fair it was a wet miserable day and my bf at the time had zero interest in history. Maybe need to give the place a second chance.

Casablanca - dirty, loud, crap souk.

Pisa - see the tower and leave.

    Dortmund - industrial, dark, gloomy.

Without a shadow of a doubt, it'd be Naples. Complete sh*thole of a place, couldn't get out quick enough.

Hollywood is absolutely horrendous soulless place. Universal studios is about the only thing worth seeing there. The rest of the place is an absolute dump.

I changed trains in Naples a couple of times. To call the main station there grim would be the understatement of the century. I never saw so many armed police or police dogs in the one place as I did there.

Marseille - dangerous spot. A lot of dodgy areas and lots of junkies and crooks - a bit like dublin😊

Riga - Never ever again. Dangerous.

Atlanta. Nice city overall but there are an awful lot of homeless people there trying to get money off ya.
I agree, I would even go as far as saying that it's one of the worst cities in the U.S. Nothing there, nothing to see, bunch of racist rednecks, and lack of activities!

Milan - main square / cathedral area was nice - outside of that , bit of a dirty kip.

Manchester - a dump - nothing else to say.

Bergamo (the Milan airport Ryanair fly to) is lovely as well. Would go back there no problem.

Galway. Been three times and each time it was a disaster. Booting us out of the championship on Sunday didnt help matters but mainly just because every time I've gone there it's been, for a variety of reasons, total shit.

Riga is beautiful and nice and there's absolutely nothing dangerous. Were you urinating on their national monument and got beaten up for that, or where you harassing local girls with your super macho attitude and got beaten? :pac::D

    I agree on Marseilles though.

Riga? Really? I felt that Riga was one of the safest countries in the Baltics, what exactly made it so dangerous?

Tangier. What a complete and utter dump. The city itself is alright - it's the inhabitants that are the problem! Everyone you encounter is out to swindle or rob you in some shape or form. This is par for the course in pretty much any town/city in Morocco that gets tourists, but Tangier was the worst by a long long way. I'd give Fes and Marrakech a dishonourable mention too, but I found Casablanca and Rabat pretty alright. Chefchaouen is a bad spot for general harrassment too, but the town and surrounds are f*cking beautiful, so it's bearable. Tangier though should be nuked.

Lagos in Portugal. It's just full to the gills with drunk Aussie backpackers, or at least was the last time I was there.

I want to say Glasgow, because it is undoubtedly a rotten kip to look at, but it's actually great craic and full of really sound locals.

Someone mentioned Riga - I would very happily return to Riga. There's definitely a seedy underbelly there, but I think once you steer clear of drugs and prossies you're probably OK.

Philadelphia is another city that should be obliterated by airstrike. The 'senna city', as they call it, is nice, but outside of that you'd be forgiven for thinking you were in a war-torn third world country.

Dubai. I'm (relatively) well travelled and also pretty easy going... but Dubai is the worst city I've ever had the displeasure of visiting and the only place in the world I'd never go back to.

    This X 1000!!

Of all the cities I've been to I disliked this place the most. I have seem ****holes, grimy cities, boring places but have always been able to find some charm some where!
Not Dubai, there's literally nothing that would entice me back.
