Does anyone know much about what this area is like in terms of crime anti-social behavior, resident demographics etc?

I live in a nearby estate and have not heard of any issues

Like most commuter towns, there are a lot of renters and a lot of kids so you need to accept that neighbours can change quite a lot.

Avoid living next to a greens or laneway

We looked at showhouses there and they seemed good although there is a mix of house types. I don't like the lack of a front garden style.

walking distance to main street and transport etc. Tennis club, GAA club etc.
