If Madrid want de gea they will get him, Madrid always get who they want.

    That sounds a bit rapey

Maybe today will be the day that De Gea to Madrid gets done or is at least publicly agreed. Casillas gone to Porto yesterday, auto flying off tomorrow on their summer tour, it would all make sense and be well choreographed.

All based on nothing but pure conjecture from myself.

Southampton going for Jordy Clasie who will not play in Feyenoords friendly this afternoon.
And since he isnt injured that is usually a sign an agreement is close.

    Excellent signing

For all the talk of Sterling being 'badly advised'; hes gotten the move he wanted and a massive contract.

Immobile sold to Sevilla; a complete disaster of a signing made by Dortmund last summer.

It'll be interesting to see how he fairs at Sevilla though as they always seem to get a lot out of their strikers.

He has acted the bollix but if he gets his move I doubt he gives a **** how it happened.
A huge contract and a much better chance of winning silverware.I can see him back to his 13/14 form this season when he isnt expected to lead the attack.

No way he will go for that much. High potential player, but you wouldn't even pay that much for an English player with his career to date. Expect much much closer to 15

That's a rubbish story from a no-mark source. Isn't happening. The only names in England that needs to be taken seriously are Andy Hunter, Paul Joyce, Tony Barrett and James Pearce the rest know exactly nothing.

    AS English?

Isn't that Marca in English? Could be wrong.

Wouldn't get too excited about that source

Just looking at the ins for Brentford so far. They are a true hipster club.

    Ryan Williams (Morcambe)
    Konstantin Kerschbaumer (Admira Wacker)
    Andrea Bjelland (FC Twente)
    Yoann Barbet (FC Niort)
    Akaki Gogia (Hallescher)
    Besar Halimi (Stuttgarter Kickers)

Looks like Halimi changed his mind after agreeing with Brentford. Mainz just announced on twitter they have signed him on a 4 year deal.

Surely they don't need him and Kane? They don't appear to be the sort of strikers that would complement each other.

    Shhhhhh...

    They'll be grand.

They only try to buy players Liverpool are reportedly interested in or put in silly bids on players Liverpool are interested in.

It's quite a funny game to watch, once you know the rules;)

David Ornstein - if he says it, it's happening.

    Are we living in a world where;

Aguero, James, Sanchez, Thiago Silva, Modirc, Benzema and Diego Costa go for less money then Raheem Bloody Sterling

    What. The. Actual. ****.

    Ridiculous.

Couldn't have used a better photo of Sterling in that tweet, even he can't believe they coughed up that much.

Crazy price for him,City could have done so much better with that cash but I suppose the HG rules have them ****ed.

In a world where Shaw is £32m, Lallana £25m then £49m seems cheap for Sterling.
