I have worked Sundays every week for about 8 years. I have never been paid time and a half although I just found out an ex colleague of mine who worked the shift with me was. I work five days a week Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun. Should I be paid time and a half for the 6 hours I work on Sunday? Thanks

Depends on your contract and the agreement in place; for example they could offer better OT in general rather than Sunday pay.

NERA state that you are generally entitled to premium for working on a Sunday or to time in lieu.

Whatever the premium is should be set out in your contract of employment. They don't have to pay you time and a half or double time for working a Sunday. They can pay you an extra 10c per hour and call that the premium.
