She's a moron, I'm sorry, but she is. She needs to get off her own Pedalstool (sic).

And Joe trying to be dramatic by going to ads at that point in order to create a little snippet which he hopes will sound dramatic on Playback the weekend.

There should be a stick when you have 7 kids from 7 different fathers.

He needs to questions these people calling in, is the fathers name on the birth cert, if not why not, were you that careless? Do you expect the state to pay for the child.

Jaysus, a lot of hard arsed sheeples lacking in empathy and compassion on this thread today, hammering the lesser off, "where's the father?" "Entitled" etc. Ughhh.

Indeed, isn't it very easy to hammer the weaker sections of society and whinge about em like a bunch of curtain twitchin aul women. Each to their own though.

You've no idea of any ones background here or what they done to get them to were they are in life.

The problem with some in the 'weaker sections of society' is that they play up to the victim hood and want someone else, nay feel that they are entitled for someone else, to help them while putting in little effort themselves.

I give you the example of previous callers who claimed they were homeless, kept their car for work, and wouldn't go rent a room somewhere like every other normal person would do. They wanted the state to provide a house, and wanted a say as to where the house was.

Really? maybe you should use such logic when tarring all with same brush.

Not forgetting yer one in Limerick, where the house burned down, didnt bother to take out Home Insurance on it. Before you know it, Bank Of Joe is on , to get the place back in shape, its the likes of these callers, who play the victim card to cover up for their own stupidity and Joe happily laps it up, gives the air time to bleat to the nation that really wrecks my head sometimes..........

I choose to ignore nothing, if you can't see the irony in what you said, then so be it

He didn't ask any of the "single mothers" if they had collected the m1ckey money today. The town, and McDonalds in particular, is crawling with this brigade, trailing their offspring after them.

In fairness, Joe gets most abuse from us and he's certainly not from the weaker section of society. On top of that, the way he can conveniently forget what his salary is while talking to the people on such small amounts is a bit rich, if you excuse the pun. The amount he gets for just the duration of any of their calls, would more than sort out their problems for some time.

Yeah agreed, now i could be wrong and somebody will no doubt tell me if i am, but i dont think the caller was asking for anything, she was saying she took on an extra days work and lost out on some of what was available to her through social welfare, then the caller from france rang and started having a go at her despite admitting she had turned off her radio and had not heard what she had said and for once i agree with Joe for standing up to her.

I still cant believe i agree with Joe.

indeed, but lets not let that get in the way of the sheeple and their hymn sheet of instant assumptions and character assassination! Sing, Sheeple, Sing!

Same here, it leaves a dirty feeling.
The caller would have been ok for her course fees if she'd been able to put aside just a bit, but the hardline cut-off point screwed her over. Her whole point was, she'd have been better off on the dole, but chooses not to - which seems to have flown over the heads of some.

They are idiots. People who get a kick out of punching down and attacking the vulnerable usually are.
