Need Autodesk Sketchbook Copic Edition app

I had downloaded the Copic edition of Autodesk Sketchbook ages ago from the AppStore but today I noticed that it had disappeared from my phone, and it seems to be gone from the app store. Does anyone have this still and would they mind zipping the app and uploading it?
Would really appreciate it as I was really depending on it to help me get some work done this week.
