    OPEN TO OFFERS - Selling to fund a groupset upgrade on another bike or possibly to buy a more specific CX Bike/Frame.

    Bought from Planet X UK in December 2013.

    A great 'do everything' bike. Touring, Audax, Winter Warrior, Cross Bike. Tough as nails and will take anything you can throw at it.

    I've used it as a commuter and winter trainer. Can hold it's own on Club Runs and cruises along nicely. it's even been raced as a CX bike. Needed a bigger engine than I could supply!

    Never crashed. Kept indoors and very well maintained by Bee Cycles.

    Size is small. See the Planet X site for sizing details.

    It's a compact - Shimano Tiagra.

    Chain, Cassette, BB, back wheel and disc brake pads are all less than a month old.

    I'll throw in the Chromoplastic Mudguards (pictured), Conti GPS tyres and a set of Cross Tyres.

    Beautiful 2013 Boardman Road Comp

    Excellent condition

    Recently serviced in March with the following done:

    Full tune
    New Bar Tape
    Brake Cables shortened
    Wheel Bearings replaced front and back

    Used for about 1000 kms including 120k Sportif last weekend with no problems at all

    Carbon Forks
    Tiagra front cassette
    Sora rear mech
    18 speed compact
    Easton Rims with Gatorskin tyres

    Will include two bottle holders
    Computer
    Shimano Spd pedals
    Saddle Bag

    Only bad point is scratches on one section of frame as seen in pic

    Suprising light bike and a great starting option

    55.5cm top tube so will suit 5'9 to 5'11 (I am 5 '10)

    Only reason for sale is due to upgrade

    Pedals are worth 40 alone.

    Purchase the bike and away you go with all that you need as a package.

    Item: Giant Defy 2
    Description: Excellent condition, maintained by ex bike mechanic (me) (mod note - he means him!).

    Size small, and it's a compact. I'm 5'9 and I am at the upper end of who this bike would fit.

    I used this bike as my commuter and trainer.

    Mix of 105(5700), Tiagra.
    Block and chain (ultegra) fitted recently.
    New 105 calipers fitted front and rear (5700) two months ago.
    105 pedals.
    New Ultegra BB just fitted two weeks ago.
    Mavic Aksiums with Continental Grand Prixs fitted in summer 2014.
    New Ritchey cork bar tape fitted recently.

    Bike is immaculate, and has been regularly stripped down and serviced. Runs like new. Can throw in a set of shimano M088 shoes with brand new cleats too, if necc. Would recommend washing the shoes. they've seen a few kms.

    Reason for sale is I am going single speed for my commuter.

    Type of Item: 2 Sugino 75 144 bcd chainrings (51t and 50t)
    Description:As above, the 51t chainring is unused and in "as new" condition bar any light blemishes from being stored in a cupboard.
    The 50t one is used but wear is minimal, almost non existent, bit of oil mark on it frrom the chain and lube.
