Where can I book hotels for Cuba

Hey guys, where can you book any hotels or casa for cuba? I tried the usual expedia,hotels.com etc and cant find anything. Airbnb have a tiny selection.. Is there anywhere else we can book?

I think we found most of ours on tripadvisor. They have links to the casa/hotel websites.

Casas are the way to go, btw - hotels were not worth the extra money IMO, except for the (eye-wateringly expensive) Hotel Nacional in Havana as a treat.
