VRT export refund

    Hello
    I am looking for advise from somebody regarding the VRT export refund scheme. I exported my car back to the UK in march had to wait a few weeks for the new V5 for revenue here. Sent my application forms and all the relevant details as requested for the claim to be processed.I haven't heard a dicky bird from Monaghan as to when they will pay back the VRT, I rang them 2 weeks ago and they advised there was a back log but I should be refunded within a week.
    It seems to be dragging on considering it was march when i sent everything back.:(
