Buying standard suit in Dublin (northside preferable)

So turns out I've dropped a few sizes since I last wore a suit (working as IT dev) but need one for an interview and my current one is baggy.

So, where is best place to pick up a new suit without all the tailoring schtuff? Debenhams? Arnotts?

Not looking to spend a fortune as I only really need it for interviews.

Sale on in Louis Copeland at the moment.

I'd bring the old one to a good tailor first though just to see if he can do anything with it. Your shoulder size won't really change as you gain/lose weight so the suit should be able to be slimmed down.

I need it for Tuesday so can tailoring be done in an hour or so?

Otherwise will I likely be able to pick up a fairly decent fit (can tailor it later) in Debenhams / Arnotts / M&S?

No.

You'd have to go in there and take a look but you should be able to pick something up that fits. You might find the sleeves of the suit a bit long or some other minor fit issues.
