Non Stain Mugs

    I have 2 types of mugs in the kitchen. One gets stained easily (coffee or tea), but the other never stains i.e. a simple rinse seems to remove stains.

    Any idea where I could get non-stain mugs.

    I find that Fine China (thinner ) tends to stain more. However it really depends on what coating they use on the inside so it is hard to advice without actually having used the mug. I have a couple of clear mugs that do not stain. However they were a promotion gift so not sure where they are from.

    You could always get a specific coffee cleaner to get rid of the coffee stains.

    China stains from tea and coffee and I haven't managed to find anything to prevent this my self. One thing we do is put a small bit of Milton in the bottom of the cups top them up with water and then leave them for a few hours. The Milton disolves all the stains and then we throw them in the dishwasher to remove any traces of Milton.
