hopefully she goes tonight with the rest of them

if the others are leaving, there is even less point in bringing a pointless legend to the house to stay on

Asking anyone who is up to ninety to calm down is not going to work. Helen appeared to be very calm during that confrontation. Even when Brian was saying nothing, sitting down and trying not to lose it she kept on at it trying to provoke him. Why do that? What was to be gained from it other than making him lose the head. She wanted to cause aggro and she made sure she did. The problem with Helen is she always has to have the last word, it's like she sees backing off as a sign of weakness. I can't wait for her to leave.

But why is Helen being held to different standards? Why does Brian get a pass for being in that state? Your first sentence above highlights the flaw in your argument. Brian started it and "went up to 90". His fault

No matter what angle you look at the way Helen said it or meant it, what she said about Brian was criminal.

Disgusting individual, loving the way she's reacted to someone who's well able for her, can't take it and runs for the jacks kicking & screaming. All bullies eventual do.

With God's grace the madness of this "legends" re-introduction will be ended and some normality is returned to the show soon.

In my opinion I dont think it was any worse than what Brian was calling her. He deserved to be called that.

Think that says more about you than it does about Brian in fairness. Disgusting thing to call anyone.

That's fair enough comment but Brian instigated and took her on knowing what she was like and kept trading insults with her.

She did not start crying over the vile things Brian was saying to her but she did put an end to the argument in one foul swoop in a game of top trumps between two people who have their fair share of problems.

Ahh, name calling, the top weapon employed by any good playground bully.

IMO, Brian was up to 90, for the whole duration that he had been there - based on what he had been witnessing of other people being abused. Helen would have been all too aware of how emotionally fragile he is. It doesn't matter, whether he "started it" or not. She was in there to rile him to the max.

I'd get off the high horse. You have used some nice insulting words to describe someone you dont know earlier in this thread. What does that say about you?

You don't agree with him fair enough.
No need for personal insults, its a Game show.

In a situation of course where the playground bully was attacked by the child she was bullying. That the logic being employed? Or are you reversing the timeline of this incident to suit your own argument? I would call the person who starts the name calling as the bully but there you go.

No, Brian was pissed off with Helen and Mark because they correctly looked at him like he was a complete moron while he was doing that stupid dance in the bunker. One of the most cringeworthy things i have ever seen from a grown man. The look on Mark and Helen's face when he was doing that was priceless. Since that point, Brian had it in for Helen and Mark.

please point out where i reversed said timeline? please point out where i took sides and made an arguement?

i merely stated that name calling is a tactic for childrens arguements and those who want to cause others pain for their own gain, simply put those who dont know anybetter.

i think ya may hop down off your own donkey there ;-)

You keep referring to Brian as being bullied. That is not the case. He flipped at Helen and Helen's response was in defence. Anything Helen said flows from Brian's ridiculous behaviour.

Simply employing your logic. The person stated to be the bully was in fact the person who was personally attacked. Makes a lot of sense doesnt it?!

Please point out where i refered to brian? please point out where i refered to him being bullied by helen? i likened helens behaviour to that of the behaviour employed by those who do not know any better.

Using insults to win an argument is the rational of such people, helen remained calm and focused throughout and still the best she could come up with was playground tactics.

I think it's that kind of sneery eye-rolling thing she does when people are having fun or being silly that puts me off her as well. She is absolutely no craic in there. I was liking her to begin with but now she is just a joyless fun-vacuum. She is so negative and judgemental, was really hoping she had some redeeming qualities but it's a struggle to find any.

he was physically shaking and in a rage. As Helen quite rightly pointed out, what would Brain have done had there been no cameras on him?

Id say he would have lashed out

what brian did not do is about as relevant as what helen did not say.

Great shout, she's always moaning or sneering about someone - rarely smiles & has a gob like a trash-can.

    A genuine bad-to-the-bone individual imho.

So if she was not bullying Brian and you refer to her as a bully, why are you referring to her as a bully?
