Girlfriend's 30th gift ideas?

I'm thinking about my girlfriends up coming 30th party and what to get. She is the outdoorsy type who is not really into typical things e.g make up, fashion etc.. I am thinking about a 4 day European trip, e.g Paris or Rome? I would like some views if this would be preferable to an actual physical gift. Plan is to surprise…

Plan is to surprise her with the trip at her party and then fly out the next day. Flights and hotel paid for, work booked off.

oh wow! That would be an amazing gift!

Could you possibly leave a day in between the announcement and jetting off? It would give her a chance to do a bit of shopping and packing.

Make sure her passport is in date!

That's a super gift, she's a lucky lady, fair play to you.
