Looking to buy house in Dooradoyle/Raheen area

Looking on daft there is 29 houses for sale in Dooradoyle and 15 in Raheen. This seems very low for such large areas. Does the market pick up in the summer months?

Supply and demand unfortunately. There hasnt been many houses built in the last few years in Limerick and the demand is now increasing.

With the opening of Regeneron and lack of building, demand is outstripping supply.

any houses that do go for sale the council are buying them,they bought the house were renting so now we have 2months to find a place within our budget or im homeless with a one year old
