Cruise control on Astra?

    So I just bought an opel astra today :D:D:D Unreal car it was only when i was on my break from work earlier that one of the guys pointed out the cruise control symbol to me on the car. Its not on the side of the indicator like on other models its an independant button above the lights. Problem is i cant seem to get it working.
    Anybody have any ideas ??:)

    What year is the car?

    There might be a chance that it's a knob for adjusting the brightness of the speedo.

    If it's the one at the top right it's brightness adjustment. Press to pop out the switch then turn left/right to adjust brightness

    I think your work mate is pulling your leg. Cruise control on an 04 Astra..... no chance.

    It's just a stalk and programming like any number of VAG cars that have had it retrofitted. I know a few people who got it done.

    Although it this case it's definitely clock brightness.
