    Hi ,

I am with three and with there 70/month plan.

How ever this month i got a bill o 109 euro.

When i questioned it they told me that cost me the extra money were the numbers to my insurance company and bank and were viewed as premium numbers and charged me a total of 38(ish) euros extra.

    This is pure extortion.

    Any suggestions, absolutely furious

    Every mobile operator does this.

Look for the landline number for your bank, etc. Usually presented as the "from abroad" number.

Exactly. Anyone who has had a billpay phone for a while knows to look for the landline number :D.

Check it on this site, I've been using it for ages, handy as the local numbers are included in my minutes ;)
