    Hi all,

could you please out a rough estimate on this bike for me?
Its a Trek 7100FX. Owned originally by my bil, I bought it off him when he emigrated. As I've now got a new BTW, this is surplus to requirements.
I was going to put it up on done deal, but am unsure what its worth.
I used it almost daily over the last 3 years for a 10km each way commute.
Serviced regularly, its not perfect but I reckon there's plenty of life left in it.
    Its a 22.5" / 57cm frame.
    3 x 7 gears.
    A couple of pics here.
    I'm in Greystones.
I was thinking in the region of €100-150, or would I be off the mark??

    thanks

I would stick it up initially for €225 and try and get as close to €200 as you can. It looks to be a pretty decent spec bike.

I'd be interests the bike at 100-150. Going on holidays next week and can't commit to anything until I come back

Have a trek 7.1 fx I bought 4 years ago, excellent condition..

If I was selling it I'd look for 200 euro. Your bike looks spotless.

    Thanks for the replies lads.

Godtabh, I'll hold the bike for you until you get back from the holliers. You're welcome to check it out then and if it doesn't suit then I'll put it on the market.

Hi, this looks perfect for what I need for a short commute.

Given the mileage it will probably need a few parts, how does 100 sound? Subject to seeing it of course.

    Cheers

    Hi Shay,

I've agreed to hold it for godtabh until he gets back, so he's got first refusal, but thanks for the interest.

I just realized this is a 57cm frame which is likely to be too big for me (im 5ft 11)..............sorry guys

If you want to have alook you're welcome, but based on what the lads have said above, I'd be looking for more in the region of €150 (to a fellow boardsie) - over to you :)
