    In the middle of a claim with payapl over a broken chinese phone. Ive told paypal I cant send back a battery and now they want a letter from an post with a letter head etc on it as proof

    Anyone ever hear of this?

    Never heard of it.

    Some couriers will take batteries. 1 guy sold a iphone on ebay and paid €80 to send it to the US.

    Yeah I seen your post from a google search

    Basically ive to send the phone back and pay postage , also they wont take DHL as wont pay customs.

    So HAVE to use an post and they don't take batteries, so have to try and get this letter so I can sort my claim

    Asked them and even said theres a PDF with all them in it, no we need a letter head :confused:
