problems with sleeping

    Hi,

For the last 6 months - 1 year or so my sleep has deteriorated. I am anxious going asleep, when I do get to sleep, I am having bad dreams about my ex(even though I am over her), past life events etc which are causing me to wake up with panicking /palpitations during the night. I rarely get more than 4/5 hours sleep a night, and I feel it's wearing me out.

Any tips on how to achieve a better nights sleep?

    Thanks

Drink alot of water before sleep, and manage to wear yourself out before bed time.
Try a few exercise before bed, push up or something.

I have found that I was simply not drinking enough throughout the day.
