Looking to upgrade the tyres on my Trek from the Out-Of-The-Box Bontragers Race Ready tubeless R2 jobs. Any recommendations?

Are you running them tubeless? If so, then Schwalbe One Tubeless are known to be more than decent :)

What are you using the bike for? Racing, training, commuting? Why are you upgrading? Do you want to stay tubelesss?

One option is to go wider with the big clearance on the bike, consider a 28mm Conti 4 Seasons (or 28mm GP4000s if you can get it) at the back, and a 25mm Conti GP 4000s on the front.

Training - about 250 miles per week. Yes, would like to stay tubeless. There isn't a "must" reason now, more of moving along from what's out-of-the-box and exploring if newer tyres would make a difference or be a better investment. I notice ThinkBike.ie for example provide a Continental tyre set upgrade at purchase time - free.
