So harry says Marc disrespects women?

Doesn't her job do that too?

I'd say he's not damaged at all, most people are "damaged" in some way, he is the rare person with healthy self esteem. He sees the world through his eyes and is impervious to social conditioning.

I'm wondering if "healthy self esteem" sums it up correctly. He's big into controlling and manipulating people - f***ing with their minds - to the point where they will do anything to avoid becoming victim to his confrontations. He has this honed down to a fine art. I think this man has the possibility of doing quite dangerous things in life - who knows what - involving other people - just for his own gratification.

I like marc but he was a bit intimidating at harry and nicks date, it was hard to tell if he was joking or serious (think he switched between the two). Also the other housemates saying that there constantly wondering where he is and what he's going to do next seemed like a horrible way to be if you had to live like that.

That's just the point "he enjoys messing with people". That could become a dangerous obsession and a power thing, that could really hurt, not only one, but groups of people. Just depends how big his ego is, and how big his power obsession becomes. One example: it could be used to make him a lot of money - influencing others to make it for him. That's just one of many possibilities.

Absolutely love watching Marc, only good thing about BB this year. His energy and willingness to make things happen in a house that was full of boring people from the beginning has helped save this series.

He may be confrontational, funny, hyper and sexist but boy he is entertaining to watch. If we are been honest the dull and boring house needed a shake up. He has done what he said he would do and for that he gets my full respect.

I agree he's fun to watch, as this is "Show-Biz!" :P

In real life - it could be a different story. Marc is a man of extraordinary talents, regarding manipulating and controlling people. It's up to him, as to where these talents will lead him.

I must be the only person that likes Sam. I like her a lot to be fair to her.

Harry is an atrocious housemate and probably the weakest of the series so far.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,677 ✭✭✭Eyepatch

I'm starting to like Sam less.

Harry stripping off when she was handcuffed to Marc, was ridiculous. She looked far better dressed up for her date.

Re noms this week - I guess Marc, Simon, Sam and possibly Jack will be up. The Public will vote out Simon and Sam (fake vote). That will leave Marc and Jack safe. Simon and Sam will be in the secret lair. On the other hand, maybe the Public will want to see Marc in the secret lair.

I like her too. Shes always happy. Eileen didnt die..its a game, calm down with your red sauce jack. He wanted to hide a kfc in his drawers ffs

I like her mostly because i find her very attractive :P

Jack, Nick and Joel bitching was interesting. Nick seems to think Mark is very unpopular and so has turned on him. Little does he know Mark is bookies favourite to win. It will be interesting to hear his noms.

Its got to be either Marc or Jade going to the lair hasn't, it would be wasted on anyone else.

I'd also like to see Marc and Jade in the lair, how many people will be going in?

Sounds good! I imagine at least two will go in.

Spot on. She's very likable just for the sheer fact that she seems like a pretty down to earth, cool person.

Nick's comment of "have some respect" was embarrassing on his behalf. Like you said, Eileen didn't feckin' die.

Haha ya there's something very cute about her alright. The accent helps too.

Sam is what you would call the complete opposite of self aware. She has no idea how annoying she comes off.

It WAS disrespectful of her to be so jubilant before two HMs she had a hand in nominating were about to find out if they were going or not. She has no self awareness at all and Danny is right, she tries way too hard to fit in and comes across as desperate and fake. I was cringing when she was bleating on about Marc never leaving her alone, when it's her who follows him around like a puppy sniffing for attention and approval. She'll definitely be nominated for eviction this week - it's just a shame she won't actually be going.

For once, Nick has read things completely wrong when he said Marc was unpopular with the public. He's now overtaken him as favourite!

If he wins, it just goes to show how splintered BB has become from the old Channel 4 days. Helen winning last year and Marc possibly winning this year just proves the villian now has more chance of winning than than the nice guy/girl.

He is and that's probably the reason he won't win.

I still have no idea why Jack was rounding on Simon for nominating Eileen last week, when he nominated her twice (I think?) himself. Were his reasons any more valid than Simon's? He could also have saved her if he felt that upset about her nomination, but didn't.

He'll soon wish he picked that car.....

Jack and Joel bitch more than all of the girls in there put together. Then always turn the house against one person they hate at the moment.

Jack giving out about sam having too much ketchup, he is like the honey monster walking around in his gown.

I don't like Harri but I found her comment "I'd go over there and hug you only I'm handcuffed to a w*nker" very funny.

I really liked the new BB, but just the last two days I find it a small bit repetitive. It's watching to really see what Mark does and no one really contributes.

marc really highlights how boring the original housemates are. without marc, i cannot imagine how embarrassingly dull BB2015 would be

i know I was saying that earlier and he was the same about the butter.

The housemates in particular Jack and Joel are like characters from coronation street without the storylines! They really are a bunch of awlwans :)

    Ah, but he's not really.
Simon is really a horrible excuse for a human being!

Edit: a 46 year old man that should know better vs a 19 boy.
