I'm aware. They should still be on top of things however.

To a degree yes, I was more referencing the apprenticeship itself shouldn't be judged on the basis of the recruitment process.

I just try not to think on it and take it one step at a time as I receive a phone call or email, no point stressing now.

It was similar last time around and not many of the successful candidates saw it through after. It's a disgrace that after a month of assessments ending some of us still are no wiser, and are being strung along.

Yea it's shocking I can see why successful candidates were put off. I'm starting to feel like that myself being honest.

If there is no more places given this week there definitly just delaying until everyone passes medical which could be ages. They could leave the next few in line on hold until then and tell the rest there not successful instead of having all 140 people waiting.

We can only but guess if all places have been offered or not, but at this rate of going even if they have, it will be another 3 weeks before they organise medicals etc. How long more will they keep people waiting??

They have offered two groups so far when they have those sorted they'll offer the final places.

At the start of the process the start date for the program was September, so there's still 3 months to go, apart from those starting in July and August.

There's a lot of work they have to do yet, reference checks, arrange medicals etc.

How do you know they have only offered 2 groups or is that just you opinion?

Bit of a mix so. Was just wondering because reading the advertising from back in feb it was saying that the appreticeship would ''support your move from school into the full time workplace'' was just wondering were they aiming for people who were just out of school.
