    Hi kkhurler

Did you ever get your Swedex windows sorted?
We bought a house two years ago with Swedex windows same problem. We have got them re done.
Did you have problems with leaks?

I have used a company called Riacon, I found them online. I think they are an independent timber window repair company. Did a really good job replacing seals and hinges. Won't need to replace the windows after all.

I think you’ll find they share an address with a prominent window supplier....

Swedex mainly used two Estonian manufacturers. The better by some margin was Viking so hopefully you will have their product. Their maintenance manual is here. Even if you have windows from another manufacturer the manual will be helpful
