Hello I have been a patient with my dentist for a year now. I go to a male dentist there that's been there for years! Lately I have noticed with my dentist that I am with and the staff members acting differently every time I go to them! Like for example the staff on the reception some are nice and some aren't, they've no manners, they'll talk to you when it suits them, they stopped ringing me to remind me of my appointments and as to the dentist and his assistant they only talk to you when every they want!

Does anyone have this problem like I'm experiencing?
