Full spec below but here are the upgrades from the shop bought version:

http://road.cc/content/review/10776-stronglight-track-2000-chainset - while I have a Fuji Chainring on it I am happy to put the Stronglight 49t back on if wanted.

http://www.wiggle.co.uk/miche-x-press-roadtrack-bike-wheels/ - Bulletproof for road and track, no brake wear on the back and mild brake wear on the front, both still perfectly true.
    Re-greased this weekend

http://www.wiggle.co.uk/miche-fixed-track-sprocket/ - I have the 17t/16t/15t/14t and will include all with the sale, quick swapout compared to regular cogs, I have only used the 17t one regularly, 16t only put on the bike this week and the 15t is still in its packaging.

Continental GP4000S and SII tyres - the rear is well used but still alot of life left in it, the front has only been on it a few weeks and has no real wear.

I also have a new wipperman chain to include, just haven't fitted it yet.

I also have a miche Primato BB for the bike, I just regreased the BB so it is good but nice to have a spare if needed.

    Full Spec:
    Frame: Elios 2, custom-butted
    Fork: Elios 1
    Chainset: Stronglight 2000
    Chainrings: Fuji 48T
Bottom Bracket: FSA, sealed cartridge bearing
    Cassette: Miche cog with 17/16/15/14t
    Chain: KMC Z-410, single-speed
    Pedals: not included
Brakeset: Road calipers - front only
    Brake Levers: Fuji alloy
    Handlebars: Fuji track, alloy 26.0mm
Stem: Fuji alloy w/ 7-degree rise
    Headset: FSA headset
    Grips: Velo, cork
    Wheelset: Mavic X-press
Front Tyre: Continental GP4000S II 700x25c
    Rear Tyre: Continental GP4000S 700x25c
    Saddle: Fuji Sport white
    Seatpost: Fuji alloy, 27.2mm

This bike won the Sundrive C league last year, high saddle and taking out the handlebar spacers make it an aggressive ride, but by lifting the stem and dropping the saddle makes a comfy all day ride, at least for me.

Forgot to say that I have just put on new Ultegra brake blocks on the front and am negotiable on price.

The only thing I would recommend is new handlebar tape.

Can you upload the pics for better visibility? Hard to see the pics given their size.

Further price drop to 375 euro.

I will also consider stripping the bike down to just the frame, fork, headset, Handlebars, BB, seatpost and saddle if there is interest.

How much would you take for the bars if you split Cram?

When I said split, I meant I would take off everything I wanted for a different bike and sell it all as one piece eg frame, fork, headset, Handlebars, BB, seatpost and saddle all together.

If there are no interest in the bars though I will drop them over to the track one night free of charge for you.
