Calf Scour - What is it?

I have a bunch of suckler calves together in a bunch. They all have the same scour now. It's not a bad scour and all are ok'ish with it. The scour is green in colour, half liquid - half solid, and a smell from it. No blood or mucus to be seen. Age would be 2 to 3 months.
What would you reckon it is?

Samonella not sure on the spelling but most likely. As long as they a drinking and ok then they will get the better of it but if they start to fall off it needs to be treated.

Could they get Salmonella from drinking from a stream?

Unlikely if it was fast moving unless it was heavily contaminated by slurry or sewage.

Doesn't 'smell' like Salmonellosis, talk you to your vet.
