Recyling/disposal milk liners/tubes/old pit tyres

Hi all, have a bunch of old milking parlour liners/tubes and tattered old silage pit tyres around the place.... what's the pc way to dispose of such items anyone know? Cheers in advance :)

There is a guy somewhere in Monaghan/Louth that recycles tyres and the like, can't remember his name though, think he'll collect.
Or a skip and have an overall cleanup.
