What do you guys think of Stevia powder in coffee? Is it a good substitute for sugar or the unhealthier artifical sugars (yuk) you can buy? Thanks :)

I think it is absolutely disgusting.

If you really need sugar in your coffee (I have recently stopped and the taste grows on you), try to keep it to one spoon or progressively reduce. Then try to keep added sugars to 10% of your total calorie intake - one spoon in a coffee two or three times a day is nothing compared to the sugar you will find in other foods and drinks.

Just tried it, it's not that bad.... I'm not a coffee snob so maybe that's why ;)
