Cant access MYSKY with Eircom Broadband

    Ive been trying for the past 24 hours to connect to MySky with my PC, Mobile and Laptop. I use Eircom Broadband.

    Each time I try to connect I get a warning that this site is not safe;

    Your connection is not private

    Attackers might be trying to steal your information from skyid.sky.com

    At first I thought maybe the Sky Site wasnt safe, but after looking around I didnt see anyone else mention the same issue.

    I then switched off the wireless connection on my mobile and used 3G, straight away I could access MySKY without any issue!

    Anyone know what could be wrong? Havent encountered any issues with any other site so far!

    What was the contents of the cert it was presenting at the time of the alert?

    Do you have a password set on your wifi? If you don't, that sounds like it could be the issue.

    THanks for the help guys.

    I do have a Wifi password and I have also a PC connected with Ethernet.

    Strangely enough it seems to be resolved now, So I have no idea what the issue was. But at least its working again!
