I don't think they're stupid, bōsōzoku is an immensely popular Japanese sub culture, the idea of it is crazy exhausts, wheel camber and running the car as low as possible, in fact, it it's not scraping it's not low enough.

Wouldn't be my thing but seeing as that's what they're aiming for then they're doing it right, it's a bit different to the Irish felters dropping TDI's to the ground but still expecting them to handle the same on country backroads at 100mph.

Sure one of the moppets couldn't even turn the front wheels. Took him 3/4 goes to make a torn that an artic would make in a second flat !. I'd say they use more tyres than fuel.:)
