Is O'Briens in the IFSC closed

I having been walking past the O'briens sandwich bar across from the National College of Ireland for the past few days and have not seen anybody in there getting any lunch. Is it closed down or are they updating the store ?.

I believe it is closed. There is another one opposite The Harbour Master
