You know what would be nice? If the Network displayed times for your own country, instead of showing everything in US Eastern time.

Well if it's on the iPhone you can change them by going to the app settings in the general settings and turning on the location.

Nope, I use it solely on my computer/laptop, can't find anything to change it on that.

Actually checking the times out and I've noticed that there seems to be a difference in the appearance of the app. Never noticed that before.

Oh right yeah. I very rarely use it on a laptop so wouldn't know how the times are displayed.

Just noticed that they've finally got to 1997 with the Raw episodes. First 9 shows already up.

    Love this year in WWE!!

Sorry that came across bluntly, been having a bit of a crappy day, didn't mean to be grumpy.

My PlayStation 3 is extremely unreliable when it comes to streaming the Network so I use laptop.

WTF kind of a feud was this, over before anyone got invested in it. Terrible booking.

Just watched WCW Uncensored 95. What an extremely odd PPV it was. Dustin Rhodes vs Blacktop Bully in a match that made no sense (fighting in a trailer driving down the road, winning by honking a horn. I then found out they both got fired for this match for blading). Randy Savage winning a No DQ match...by disqualification. The Nasty Boys beating Harlem Heat in a falls count anywhere Texas tornado match, where the camera actually missed the pin. Hogan beating Big Van Vader in a strap match by touching all four corners...while strapped to Ric Flair, and not Vader.

    Baffling.

The live streams have buffered more recently compared to last year pre-Britain/Ireland launch.

Can't seem to get it working tonight on either PS3 or Android. Is anyone else having problems?

Got a Firetv stick on Amazon for £25 in their latest deal. Works brilliantly on it to be fair.

Been having an issue with the feed skipping forward a few seconds every now and then, anyone else?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 41,197 ✭✭✭✭Itssoeasy

I watched half of wrestlemania 13 and that Austin bret hart match and it's a great match.

Haven't even tried it on the console in ages, so I think I'll do that for next Sunday.

I've had it the odd time, I've been putting it down to my internet not really being the best.

I watched the NXT special live and it was relatively grand (on PS3); some buffering and reduced resolution when catching up, still very watchable but can absolutely tell the difference between watching on PPV and internet.

I watched Wrestlemania with iPad > HDMI to 42" TV and it was fantastic, no difference to PPV on Sky I thought.

What better way to spend a Sunday night at 3 a.m than watching the 1988 Royal Rumble match.

The fact we can actually do that with no vhs tapes(doubt they'd work at this stage) or a Dvd still blows my mind.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,166 ✭✭✭Stereomaniac

I still can't believe that all of the tapes I thought I'd never find in stores are now just THERE.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,301 ✭✭✭✭gerrybbadd

Remember having to buy long play VHS tapes for the PPVs?! I used to but a three pack at a time. Major panic if they couldn't be got local on the Saturday before the event.

I still have some of the tapes

4 hour tapes for Wrestlemania. Pandemonium on a Saturday in the local pound shop.

I learnt my lesson the hard way about LP tapes when wrestlemania 2000 was longer then normal and didn't see the end of the main event for ages after. I do as well. I tried to play them a few years ago and I could hear it but not see it.

A friend in school used to not record the first match(about 10-15 minutes) to make sure he didn't run out of room.
